One to One Health and Fitness Center specializes in
sports specific training helping hundreds of amateur and
professional athletes reach their goals. One to One's strength
and conditioning program’s are designed by Jason Supryka and
implemented by himself and the One to One Team. One to One's
trained athletes are representatives at the Professional, NCAA,
CIS, Junior, and High School level in a multitude of sports
including: hockey, swimming, track and field, tennis,
basketball, football, golf, soccer, football and figure skating.
Our sports conditioning programs continue to focus on the
development of athletes in the areas of
speed, agility,
quickness, balance and strength. With our state of
the art facility and the use of the most innovative training
tools in the industry, we have become leaders in sports
specific training drawing athletes from Toronto to Kingston
seeking out our services.

It is highly recommended that these athletes participate in
The Dryland Training @ 9am prior to this session
Each session is designed specifically to teach
the importance of core stability, technique and safety during
strength workouts. Each participant will take part in body
weight workouts in order to teach control, awareness and
stability before progressing into basic, light weight resistance
techniques.
