How it works!!!

Our personal training sessions are 1 hour in length. They are broken up into 30 minute of cardiovascular training and 30 minutes of strength training. These sessions are one to one with your own personal trainer.

Free Personal Training Assessment

All personal training sessions begin with a free personal training assessment with one of our certified trainers. This is a 45 minute sit down meeting to discuss your past fitness experiences, your health history, your daily routine and any obstacles. But most of all it is your time to assess us at One to One.
We want you to be inspired to accomplish your goals. This will only happen if you are comfortable here at One to One

I have attended the One to One Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Changes Facility since 1998. I first came to Jason after having been referred by a local Chiropractor to have further rehabilitation after injuring my knees. The recovery was swift and I soon learned that this was a place which offered much more than personal training. After having establishing some short term , intermediate and long term goals  I set my sights on what I had previously thought to be an unreachable goal.In October of 1999 I ran a complete Marathon. I continue to run occasionally and am a regular client at One to One. I have been going to One to One Health and Fitness Centre for over two years and I have worked with two excellent trainers, Sandy Musson and Alison Kemp, and I really appreciate their help. 
I feel really good about my progress, especially since I have Parkinson’s Disease and it is essential that I exercise in the right way.  I am learning to be determined and to keep a clear focus so that I can keep my body flexible and strong.  All is going well!
